Deciding which furniture to take can be difficult.  Especially when downsizing to a much smaller space.  Our clients would like to take all their furniture.  However, often the space will determine what pieces will make the short list.

We use an efficient software application that allows us to accurately measure the new space and then place the desired furniture in each room.  This gives our clients a realistic visual of how their new space will look, ensuring everything fits with enough space to provide a safe living environment.
