Every market is different and we allow the Real Estate Professional to advise how they wish to have the house prepared for sale. In some cases we clear the house content before it is put on the market, or we may use the existing furniture to stage the home to help it sell. We can also assist with removing old carpets, painting and deep cleaning property prior to its listing or sale.
